Main Responsibilities:

  • Managing the EPOS system
  • Supplying technical and user support to staff
  • Assisting with the production of procedures in relation to EPOS for staff to follow
  • Assisting the buying team with ordering
  • Liaising with EPOS & IT service providers, logging support tickets where necessary
  • Providing regular reports as required by management
  • Organising and implementing regular stock takes
  • Assisting with booking and despatching of ecommerce orders
  • Processing invoices for incoming stock
  • Undertaking any other tasks reasonably required by the Management team
Main Accountabilities
  • Thorough and accurate administration of stock items in the stock control system
  • Timely and accurate reporting – daily, weekly, monthly and on adhoc basis
  • Ensuring invoice matching is kept up to date at all times, liaising with accounts department

  • Experience of EPOS systems
