Telecoms Sales & Support Analyst
Salary £23,000 - £27,000 DOE
Location – Warwick, Leamington Spa

Job Description

This Global Business consultancy seeks an experienced Telecoms Sales and Support professional to work within their Global IT support Team. With offices in over 16 different countries this is a multi-million pound turnover business. In the UK alone they supports hundreds of businesses in the £1m - £10m space with some larger circa £500m T/O and partner globally with Fortune 500 and in the UK FTSE 250 companies.

Telecoms Sales & Support Analyst

  • Customer service experience

  • Understanding of Business Telecommunications including
  • oWLR
  • oISDN
  • oSIP
  • Broadband
  • Ethernet Leased lines
  • Routers & Programming of them
  • Business phone systems
  • Mobile package
  • Billing experience – aBILLity
  • Face to face and sales experiences

Primary Responsibilities

  • Provide customers with sales advice and recommendation as to what product best suits their needs

  • Handle customer enquiries and assist with any issues

  • Place and monitor customer orders process

  • Product responsibility will primarily be fixed wire products but is likely to include other IT and Comms products available from us.
Other Duties

  • Assist with order processing, refunds/exchanges
  • Answer emails in team inbox as required
  • Answer general customer service calls if needed
  • Proactive sales
  • Ensure all telecoms orders/replacements are processed in a timely manner
  • Create reports and procedures as necessary
