My client has offices across London and Surrey and are Legal 500 and Chambers recommended across many practice areas, including Employment. Their Employment team acts on behalf of both employers and employees and so this opportunity offers a broad range of work.
The successful candidate will manage a mixed caseload of Respondent and Claimant Employment matters to include contentious and non-contentious work. You will also work closely with other departments within the firm and be actively involved in marketing and business development to further improve the department’s reach.
Applications are invited from ambitious Employment Solicitors with at least 4 years’ PQE who have experience dealing with contentious and non-contentious matters acting on behalf of both corporate clients and private individuals. You should be confident managing your own case with minimum supervision advising on matters to include:
- Restrictive covenants
- Tribunal work
- Advisory work
- High-court injunctions
- Drafting of employment contracts and other related documents
- Discrimination, unfair dismissal and constructive dismissal claims
You should have a proven track record as an Employment Solicitor or perhaps be looking to make the move from In-house to Private Practice.
