Data Executive (Marketing)
Data Executive - Manchester - £21,008 per annum
Much-loved charitable organisation, based in Salford Quays, is looking for two Data Executives to join their marketing team, one in a permanent role and another on a fixed-term contract for 12 months, covering maternity leave.
Reporting into the Data Manager, you will work with two specific arms of the charity to ensure a targeted marketing approach. You will manage and report on subscription data and increase subscriber numbers, engagements and meet customer expectations. This is a varied role where you will be managing marketing campaign data to ensure success of the campaigns, as well as reporting on product sales data. It will be your responsibility to conduct data information requests and analysis for problem solving, using SQL, VBA and GIS.
You will provide pro-active and insightful analysis of customer data, assisting the Data Manager in creating intelligent marketing campaigns. You will also review campaign performance, focussing on positive achievement and ROI. You will manage the marketing databases, both in terms of development and upkeep, meaning you will manage supplier relationships and ensure data accuracy. You will work closely with the digital marketing team to maximise the use of data for online campaigns, as well as offline.
To be considered for this role, you must be educated to A-level, with excellent Microsoft Excel skills. You must also have experience of SQL, VBA and GIS. You will be able to demonstrate excellent analytical skills and have experience of using a variety of CRM databases and in-house systems. Finally, you will have experience of working within a commercially-focussed organisation, towards targets and KPIs.
