Our highly regarded and award winning client have an opportunity for a Full Stack Developer to join their successful digital team based near Colwyn Bay. The successful candidate will be working on a wide range of digital projects, including, responsive website design and development and single-page web based applications predominantly on eLearning projects.

Key responsibilities for the role of Full Stack Developer:

  • Taking a website design in Photoshop format and creating valid & responsive HTML and CSS
  • Creating the necessary Django application models and templates
  • Fully browser testing the website or application on all modern browsers and operating systems
Key skills and competencies required for the role of Full Stack Developer:

Python 2.7 and the Django framework - experience with templating systemsResponsive website development using HTML 5, CSS 3, Javascript & jQueryExperiencewithsinglepageapplicationsutilisingBackboneandAngularframeworksTo be considered for the job of Full Stack Developer, you MUST be able to demonstrate:

Motivation and enthusiasm for web and application developmentExcellent attention to detailThe ability to remain calm and organised under pressureThe ability to work well as part of a team as well as working on your own initiativeUnderstanding of UX and UI across desktop and mobile devicesIt would be advantageous if you have:

  • An understanding of SCORM eLearning modules
  • An understanding of Amazonaws (S3 & CloudFront)
  • Configuring server software which includes Linux, Apache, Nginx, MySQL
