You will be working in house alongside the development team and the Technical Director to produce fantastic work for a range of clients across multiple sectors including:
·Audio \ Visual
·Various Music \ Small Festival Sites
The work varies between E-commerce sites using a bespoke PHP CMS and WordPress, through to your standard brochure style websites, as well as the more complex bespoke Configurator systems. The role is predominantly a back-end PHP development role but will include a percentage of front end development also so you will have a varied day producing top quality work.
We're looking for great team player with a great sense of humour who will enjoy working in a relaxed and fun environment (with GREAT working hours!), but with the self-motivation and professionalism to crack on and really get stuck in. You will need to be a self-starter who keeps themselves up to date with the latest and best development practises.
·Object Orientated PHP Developer (front and back end)
·Knowledge of the Laravel Framework or willingness to learn quickly
·Knowledge of WordPress (front end and back end integration)
·MySQL database design
·Knowledge of other PHP frameworks (Codeignitor would be desirable)
·Ability to work on your own initiative or as part of a bigger team
·Excellent communication skills - this is a very collaborative environment
·An eye for detail and pride in the quality of your work
·Willingness to always learn and improve
