This PC / Home Gaming company are looking to appoint a well-rounded marketing and graphic design professional to assist them in taking a challenger brand to market. This is unique role that offers the opportunity to gain Channel Marketing experience in the tech sector.
They currently employ 20 people but have some very ambitious expansion plans centred around their new product launch and this is fantastic opportunity to get in one the ground floor with an established business which is making the step into mainstream.
Setting and implementing high level strategic marketing plans (Training will be provided around the Chanel Marketing and Reseller side of things). Ideally you’ll be familiar with setting and implementing marketing plans.
Graphic Design - The role combines digital and strategic and digital marketing with a requirement for strong graphic design skills. You’ll be creating marketing materials
related to different campaigns and launches for channel partners using Photoshop / Illustrator (or similar)
Supplier / contract management. They currently market the brand via online PC / Home Gaming review sites. These sites get significant traffic and offer a range of advertising packages. As part of the role you would work closely with these sites, managing the relationship and creating content for them to use.
PR / Copy Writing – Creating eye catching, compelling copy around a range of different tech sector products for the PC / Home gaming marketplace.
Social media marketing – Building a story around the new PC / Home Gaming brand and using Facebook, Twitter to promote the brand
Digital marketing to our trade clients (Social Media, Email marketing)
Person Specification - Commercially aware, hybrid of strategic marketing, digital marketing and graphic design skills.
This role would suit either a senior marketing manager with some flair for design and experience creating things like web banners or a graphic design.
BIG plus points if you’re a fan of video games / PC or Home Gaming in general but this isn’t essential just nice to have.
