Due to continued successes, the team in London is growing and needs to find more top talent to join them.

An experienced learning technologies consultant is required who is adept in working strategically with senior level stakeholders to gain a complete understanding of commercial business needs and the role learning technologies can play in reaching business objectives.

Working as a partner with customers, with strong experience of learning management systems, you will ensure the organisation’s product portfolio and service offerings are being maximised.

By developing a comprehensive understanding of the product portfolio you will ensure relevant adoption, implementation, product and technical recommendations meet customers’ business needs.

You will be a passionate, self-motivated learning technologies professional who cares deeply about the use of new learning technologies to drive and enhance performance within organisations. With instant credibility and superb interpersonal skills you’ll develop key relationships within your customers, understanding their objectives, KPIs, and strengths and opportunities, supporting them through their journey.

You will have:

Strong experience working within a consulting role - probably within programme or project management, technical account management and related applications in a SaaS learning environment

Minimum of 3 years in learning and development, ideally within a complex matrix organisation and familiarity with learning models, methodologies and modern learning concepts

Strong knowledge of learning management systems

Ability to quickly take on knowledge about the organisation’s portfolio of solutions, capabilities, implementation best practices and deployment approach

Demonstrated ability to communicate, present and influence credibly and effectively at all levels of an organisation, including at executive and C-level

Able to navigate and advise on complex customer requests or projects involving multiple parties and enterprise systems

Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-demand, dynamic and global work environment

The ability to work with customers to define KPI’s, enabling a clear understanding of their success criteria and ongoing realisation of those results.
