IT Apprenticeship – Bromsgrove (Stoke Prior)

My client has ten years’ experience providing ICT solutions to businesses. They do this by helping their clients with Data Centre (Cloud management), power management, real-time monitoring of IT equipment and security solutions (CCTV).

They have a history of employing and developing apprentices and understand that apprenticeships are about giving young adults a chance which, for me, makes them a fantastic employer for an apprentice to join.

Due to continued expansion we are now looking to recruit an IT Technical Support apprentice to join the team- could this be you?

Essentially, we are looking for someone who has an interest in IT who lives in the Bromsgrove/ Stoke Prior area and could attend the LMPQ Academy in Worcester once a week during their studies (the rest of the time you will be based with the employer in Stoke Prior.

The successful candidate will, after training split their time between assisting engineers with installations and providing phone-based technical support to clients and engineers.

The role would suit someone who wants to turn their hobby into a career and is looking to learn new skills in a supportive and exciting environment.

At least 1 GCSE in Maths OR English (Literature or Language) and the other at a 3 (D) and above


Have a Level 1 / 2 in Functional Skills Maths or English.

This role is currently only open for 16-18 year old's due to it comprising part of a government funded apprenticeship
