As a Product Specialist you will be delivering IT training to SystmOne users with varying degrees of computer skills in their own workplaces; performing sales demos to prospective users; running top-up training sessions; and acting as trouble-shooters.
Our Product Specialist team spend most of their time out and about across England, Wales and internationally, working independently and often staying away from home overnight. Experience in a Primary Care or Secondary Care setting and a sound knowledge of Microsoft Office would be advantageous but not essential. A second language is desirable but not essential (Mandarin or Arabic).
