TPP is seeking to recruit professional and confident communicators to join our team based across the UK.


As a Product Specialist you will be delivering IT training to SystmOne users with varying degrees of computer skills in their own workplaces; performing sales demos to prospective users; running top-up training sessions; and acting as trouble-shooters.

Our Product Specialist team spend most of their time out and about across England, Wales and internationally, working independently and often staying away from home overnight. Training is a rewarding job which returns a real sense of achievement as well as constantly improving the trainer’s own skills.

Salary and Benefits

  • Full UK driving licence
  • Willingness and flexibility to travel
  • Confident public speaker, with personality and professionalism
  • Real enthusiasm for working with a wide variety of people
  • Calm and patient under pressure
  • Previous Demonstrator, IT trainer or Systems Trainer experience is desirable but not essential

Experience in a Primary Care or Secondary Care setting and a sound knowledge of Microsoft Office would be advantageous but not essential. A second language is desirable but not essential (Mandarin or Arabic).
