Advantage Resourcing is seeking a Senior UX Researcher Lead (Multiple for a Financial Services based in Swindon with some travel to Bristol (project needs).This is initially a 3 months contract and the rate is (£400-£525/day) (Ltd) negotiable. For submission candidates will be requested right to work documentation (passport/visa details) and offers will be subject to Experience - Experience in generative research and new service development - Experience of designing services which help to achieve desired behavioural or emotional responses from customers - Ability to lead design sprints and should have strong user research experience - Ability to work with Product Managers, Lean and Agile teams to deliver rapid value opportunities grounded in user research - Experience of mentoring teams that define products, services and experiences that increase revenues while meeting customers' needs across a range of industries - Ability to create and manage hypothesis which span customer, business and process value - Ability tohelp the business gain a deep understanding of customer's behaviours and how they interact with the business - Ability to set up and run a range of resource approaches (interviews, field/observational, model office) - Able to synthesize insights to align customer and business value - Proficient stakeholder management skills, and comfortable with influencing senior business leaders and working with cross functional teams to build capability - Experience in agile pragmatic research and innovation - Ability to help teams to create new products, project visions, and redesigning on and offline service If interested please apply ASAP or send your CV through at or contact Ria Ghosh on *********** Advantage Resourcing is a service driven recruitment consultancy.
