***C#.NET Support Developer (CRM/SharePoint) - Berkshire *** Role My Client are currently looking a highly skilled Support Developer to help maintain and develop a wide range of SharePoint & Dynamics CRM hosted services. The support consultant will provide hands-on Application Support and Managed Services to my client's customers. You will be joining a team of technical experts who strive to give quality and efficient customer service, as well as innovative fix solutions. The successful candidate will be a C#.NET looking for a role which combines development with remote customer support. Company My client has grown rapidly over the last 15+ years and now offer over 500 customers in the UK with a range of business critical solutions in Microsoft Azure, Dynamics 365, SharePoint and O365. With a long standing in providing MS solutions, you can expect to working alongside a talented team of Microsoft professionals, who in turn can provide the mentorship you may desire. Responsibilities - - 3rd Line Technical support in developing fixes to client issues, and deploy fixed solutions to the client's environments - - Respond to client tickets& tickets escalated solely to you in order to keep them informed as to the status of their support enquiry taking this all the way through to close. - - Liaise with the project delivery teams to understand the possible reasons for any system issues - - Act as a mentor and escalation point for the more junior members of the team - - Maintain a rapport with your clients to ensure an ongoing excellent relationship - - Be on-call once every 6 weeks for out of hour's critical support Key skills - A degree in an IT related discipline, or relevant experience to have gained similar knowledge; - 2+ years resolving third line support issues; - Excellent dev skills in C#.NET, Javascript, Powershell and Dynamics CRM - Willingness to learn technologies such as Dynamics CRM / SharePoint, Office 365, Azure, SQL, MS BI - Passion to deliver excellent customer service; - The ability to analyse and solve complex client issues Opportunity This is a brilliant opportunity for a C# Technical Support Consultant to work within a Microsoft Gold Partner where you will have the ability to develop and enhance your skills.
