Infrastructure Administrator Infrastructure Administrator Exciting 3rd line support role working for a great company in Witney, Oxfordshire. As Infrastructure Administrator your duties would include: - Third line IT support to internal users - Back-up second line support to internal users - Testing of hardware and software updates - Creation of plans for hardware installations and maintenance - Server level support, maintenance and upgrades - Virtualisation - Vmware configuration/support - Maintenance and upgrade of Anti-Virus systems - Hardware & software inventory management and licensing - Network security and firewall management - Network configuration, maintenance and setup - Backup planning and maintenance The successful candidate will have the following skills: - Microsoft Server to 2012 Administration and build - Microsoft Active Directory and domain Infrastructure - Full understanding of disaster recovery principles and best practices - Understanding of firewall configuration/security principles - Experience with Cisco switching and OS - Experience with backup routines and monitoring - Experience with Microsoft Exchange 2016 Office 365 Administration - Experience with Microsoft SQL - Understanding of VoIP telephony systems - Knowledge of scripting language (VB, PowerShell) - Knowledge and understanding of Citrix technologies - Knowledge and understanding of VMware - Experience with Unitrends backup Please note due to the high volume of applications we receive it is unfortunately not always possible to respond to every application.
