Role Responsibilities · Involved in the full design process, from initial concept through user research to usability testing activities. · Produce high quality user experience outputs, i.e. personas, user journeys etc. · Collaborate with clients and developers to bring designs to life, balancing user needs and business requirements at all times. · Work within an Agile team alongside Business Analysts, Solutions Architects, Developers and Testers. To be a successful Lead UX Designer you will be · Minimum 3 years working as UX Designer, preferably already in a Lead position or taking on duties of a Lead Designer. · Be able to demonstrate experience in creating scoping, planning and delivering high quality UX projects for a ranger of systems and apps. · Highly skilled in using tools such as: o Ilustrator o Photshop o OminGraffle o Sketch o Axure · Previously worked in Agile teams where you are comfortable and confident in delivering prototypes/proof of concept.
