My client are a Managed Service Company based in Fareham. They are currently in the Market for an experienced Service Desk Manager to take the helm of their busy IT Service Desk of around 20 staff. You will ideally have worked for another service provider / reseller and come from a te4chnical service desk background. ITIL best practice is essential and certification would be very advantageous to your application. Technically they are a Microsoft partner with VMWare and Citrix skills so any combination of these skills (2 of the 3) is required. There will also be a large element of leadership and people management involved so experience of conducting performance reviews,/ appraisals and 121s is also a must.
