CRM Campaign Executive - Egaming The team has experienced explosive growth in our online gaming sector, and now we are looking for the next member of our team of digital superstars. As part of our e-gaming department, you will work closely with the Active, Retention and Comms departments, playing your part to deliver a sophisticated multi-channel, optimised CRM strategy to ensure customers are converted and nurtured through the welcome offer. Responsibilities: - Participate in all aspects of CRM, working closely with the Comms team to deliver an optimised customer experience, including audience selections, and post campaign analysis and insights. - Co-ordinate all campaigns from planning through to execution and analysing performance. - Help drive the development of email strategies incorporating segmentation, personalization and targeting. - Maintain comprehensive analysis into competitor RND and on-boarding journeys across various product verticals within the industry. - Create, test and refine automated, multi-touch, targeted customer lifecycle marketing programs relevant to the Onboarding Base and specific to product. - Working with the data to identify and fast-track any early potential VIP's and high rollers. - Working with the Promotions Executive and BI teams to set up promotional welcome offers in relevant systems. - Work with web design team and communications team on email creative to ensure messages are accurate and designs are commercially strong, content, links, and copy are all correct and all emails are executed and delivered as per the plan. - Regularly test all live on-boarding journeys to ensure campaigns are running correctly and effectively. - On-going reporting and analysis of welcome journeys to ensure campaigns are delivering against agreed KPIs. - Ensure all promotions, terms and conditions and campaigns are compliant and in line with the Gambling Commission and ASA guidelines. Experience and Skills: - Educated to degree level, ideally in business or marketing related subject or minimum of 1-2 years' experience in Digital Marketing, CRM or Email Marketing. - Excellent organisational skills and ability to multi-task. - Strong Excel and analytical skills. - Results-driven and commercially aware. - Meticulous eye for detail. - Self-motivated, uses initiative and ambitious. - Team player, sociable, can quickly adapt to change.
