Search Consultancy has an opportunity for a Interviewer to join the team.

Working directly for Search Consultancy you will join our busy shared service centre on a temporary basis to assist with processing applications and conducting interviews for a range of our clients.

This is a temporary position on a week to week basis and you must be available to start immediately.

The working hours for this position will be 37.5 per week. You will work on rotational shifts between the hours of 8am - 8pm Monday to Friday and occasional Saturdays.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Processing applications
  • Scheduling interviews
  • Conducting telephone and video interviews
  • Updating systems and trackers

To be successful in this role you, it is essential that you have previous experience of call handling and customer service, ideally within a contact centre environment. You should have a good understanding of Microsoft Office applications including word, excel and outlook. You will have exceptional written and verbal communication skills and the ability to meet targets and deadlines.
