Residential Conveyancing Lawyer
A requirement has arisen for a Residential Conveyancing Lawyer to join a national firm within their busy Residential property department. The successful candidate will have a minimum of 2 years experience, and have the ability to manage their caseload without supervision. You will be handling a full caseload without supervision, from taking instructions to completion consisting of sales.purchases, remortgages, transfers of equity for both freehold and leasehold properties. It will be essential to build and develop strong working relationships with referrers and external parties. The firm have high standards for client care and you will be expected to adhere to these.
You will be working within a close-knit team within a very developed department, there is a strong flow of work from local clients within the surrounding areas and some further a field. Attention to detail and time management skills are essential, as is excellent communication skills.
