This successful practice provide diverse client services to both individuals and businesses in Surrey and the surrounding counties. They are now seeking an experienced Family Legal Secretary to join their Richmond office. The Role A new opportunity has arisen for a Family Legal Secretary in Richmond. Assisting and supporting fee earners, you will have solid background in matrimonial matters. You will be able to demonstrate a fast typing speed and handle your workload under minimum supervision. Your duties may include: drafting legal documents; answering telephone calls; liaising with clients; managing fee earners diaries; use of case management systems; conducting researches; preparing court bundles; file management and; general office administration work. The successful Family Legal Secretary will therefore have excellent communication skills across all levels working well within a team. You will also be well organised with good attention to detail.
