We are very pleased to be working with a global financial events company. My client specialises in providing conferences and seminars for the currency and bank payment sector. Their team is based across the world, in Australia, Canada/US, Spain and the U.K. Most recent conferences have taken place in Bangkok, Singapore, Miami and Texas My client is currently looking for a Communications Coordinator to join their growing international team. The ideal candidate would be interested in working from home and travelling internationally for events (7-10 days at a time). Main Duties - Assisting Communications Director with scheduling and producing projects for conferences and events, including:- Print Projects:- Brochures, books, signage, promotional items, stationary, infographics, menu designs, invitations and surveys/reports Digital Projects:- E-blast creation, website updates, social media graphics, banner ads - Help develop print specifications for RFPs for material vendors - Produce original art work or utilize licensed stock, fonts and templates within projects - Attend weekly calls, including team, all-team, administration, sales meetings - Maintain marketing analysis for campaigns/initiatives (using tracking codes/Google analytics) - Assisting Communications Director with traffic coordination on project schedules/deadlines The Ideal Candidate Hard working and Motived - You need to be passionate about the role, able to give 110% and adapt around colleagues and clients Technical Expertise - Intermediate knowledge of Adobe Creative Cloud applications and Microsoft Office. HTML/CSS/CMS knowledge would be a plus! Strong Organisation Skills - With the high volume of marketing pieces for several events, you will need to be on the ball and self-motivated. You must have strong organisational and prioritizing skills Independent Work and International Travel - The right candidate will be able to function in a home office environment, with remote support. This can involve working outside of normal office hours to match different time zones. Travel will be 7/10 days at a time, potentially 2 times per year Spanish Language and Experience in Events Planning - This is not essential, but would be a fantastic plus! Salary and Benefits - Salary will reflect your experience and abilities, £22,000 - £24,000 (negotiable) - Allowance to set up laptop/mobile/internet for your home office - 28 Days holidays (inc bank Holidays) - Pension Scheme
