The Channel Partner Manager is responsible for managing the company’s long-term relationships with key integration partners. The CPM is the focal point for all interaction between the company and these partners, ensuring coordination of all collaborative activities across product, marketing and sales.

Key Tasks:
  • Develop and maintain long term relationships with each partner and at multiple levels within that partner
  • Manage all partner interactions, both inbound and outbound
  • Drive mutually beneficial co-marketing activities
  • Generate sales pull-through from end customers, including upselling and cross selling
  • Manage projects that are associated with each partner’s end customers
  • Service multiple partners concurrently with demanding requirements
  • Forecast and track customer metrics
  • Ensure highest level of partner and end customer satisfaction
Qualifications and Training:
  • BA/BSc degree or equivalent experience
  • In an engineering or related discipline an advantage
  • Project/account management qualification an advantage
Skills and Experience:
  • Experience in B2B account management
  • Customer focused solutions experience
  • Project management skills
  • Ability to work to deadlines with multiple challenging projects/customers
  • Good listening skills
  • Excellent written and oral communication skills
  • Good negotiation and influencing skills
  • Team player
  • Experience in related technologies an advantage
