Invoicing Administrator - Grays, Essex - up to £21,000. A renowned organisation is searching for an administrator to perform variety of administrative and clerical tasks. The focus of the role is to coordinate the distribution of invoices (~1500 per month across 100 countries). The successful candidate will have excellent knowledge of invoicing and billing processes. Your responsibilities will include; maintaining records of rates, monitoring sales for each client, accuracy checking invoices and assisting with month-end reports. To be suitable for this role you will have prior experience working as an administrator required to meet strict deadlines in a large, multi-site environment. You will also have experience maintaining sales and business records for a high volume of clients. This role will suit a highly organised and proactive individual with excellent time management and communication skills. You will be confident working in a busy professional environment and have strong IT skills particularly MS Office with at least Intermediate to advanced level Excel. Experience in an import/export, logistics or transport environment would be highly advantageous. The salary on offer for this role is up to £21,000 dependent on your level of experience and the client offer good career progression opportunities.
