Marketing Manager sought to join a rapidly expanding SaaS Software vendor based in Surrey. this is an exciting role with a key focus to drive lead generation within the marketing team, delivering the business objectives. Planning and executing campaigns and managing marketing related projects driving lead generation, build the brand, and contribute to the overall growth of the business. Key Responsibilities - Understand the overall marketing plan and strategy to deliver the marketing and business objectives. - Understand the overarching business model and strategy whilst identifying target markets with the sales team. - Own, develop and deliver marketing campaigns and activities in line with the marketing plan and monitor results ensuring KPIs are set and measured. Deliver MQLs and SQLs into the business and meet set agreed targets. - Line management responsibility for Marketing Assistant. - Brand guardian - ensuring the integrity of the company's brand is upheld at all times - internally and externally. - Plan, execute and measure account based marketing campaigns - Maintain an understanding of the company's market place with particular emphasis on all new and emerging initiatives: monitor market trends and utilise this info via social channels, POV docs, working with key members within the business - Budget management - deliver all marketing activity within the agreed budget. - Social Media Channels - support the marketing assistant with running social media channels and increasing our organic social reach. - Work in collaboration with the copywriter and creative designer to produce content. - Identify PR opportunities and manage content and distribution - Manage and approve the creative process on marketing related items including aspects of print production - Uphold relationships with media partners to ensure that Infinity is positioned as educators and thought leaders in the tech and digital marketing space including lead gen campaigns with partners. - Investigate and project manage events and expo's including speaking slots, roundtables, media partnerships in line with Marketing objectives, setting KPIs and analysing results and reporting on this. Knowledge and Experience Requirements - Graduate preferable, at least 5 years' experience in an integrated Marketing Manager role with digital marketing experience - Analytics, KPIs and Metric driven - Strong communication, influencing and negotiating skills - Ability to manage a varied workload - A keen interest in technology, MarTech and digital marketing - Line management experience - Proficient with Microsoft Office - Salesforce, GA and Hubspot knowledge and experience advantageous - Awareness of GDPR and marketing/business impact advantageous All applications will be dealt with in the strictest of confidence.
