Are you an experienced Payroll Officer? Are you looking for your next challenge? Due to continual growth & development T&K Gallagher Ltd are looking to recruit a Full Time Payroll Officer, on a permanent basis based at Head Office in Salford, Greater Manchester. You will be joining our experienced and dedicated Payroll team of two to support the delivery of an efficient payroll system for 1000 employees and labour only subcontractors across the country. You will be responsible for all elements of payroll, including statutory payments and processing starters & leavers. Your role will also include: - Collation and inputting of weekly payroll data, including the distribution of timesheets - The production and distribution of Management reports - Providing comprehensive first line advice to employees and managers across the business - Ensuring all necessary payments are made within the deadlines e.g. Pension Contributions & BACS Salary payments. - Ensuring current payroll legislation is up to date and in line with HMRC, with procedures updated accordingly. You will - Have 2 years experience within payroll, with the use of Sage payroll preferable - Be IT Literate, competent in Microsoft Office package with a sound knowledge of Excel - Able to work in an organise manner to meet important deadlines T&K Gallagher Ltd is an Equal Opportunities Employer, who are dedicated to the training and development of our employees supported by the in-house training team.
