Delivery Manager - 3 month Contract - Coventry As a Delivery Manager you will support consolidation workstream have designed the future customer support service and completed a business case with a delivery approach for transforming of existing customer support capability. As a Delivery Manager you will be responsible for; - Developing a digital self service support capability with automation in mind - designed and developed in a user-centric fashion. - Developing a technical service requirement and procure a scalable support platform and integrate it with customer support portal and back end customer support console - Replacing legacy and re-introduce CRM system and organise necessary legacy data migration process and integration with existing ITSM service and the support platform (above) - Consolidate and abstract support know-how into a knowledge base - Redesigning support model across all support tiers To be a successful candidate you will require knowledge and experience in; - A proven track record in support transformation space - Demonstrate scrum master and agile delivery management expertise - Technical expertise around back office support solutions, CRMs, ITSMs and digital self-service support platforms. - Excellent stakeholder management skills - Operating both in private and public sector ideally in customer experience management or customer support space. - Agile practices and collaborative way of working Delivery Manager - 3 month Contract - Coventry Parity - Source, Develop, Transform Parity Professionals Ltd acts in the capacity of an Employment Business when providing contract work finding services.
