Service Desk / 1st line Support / IT Helpdesk - GLOBAL PRESENCE - Sutton An exciting opportunity has arisen for a proven Service Desk Analyst to work on-site within the highly prestigious offices of a multi-national market leader. PURPOSE OF THE ROLE Seeking a bright, dynamic Service Desk Analyst with proven experience and a passion for technology to join a talented and highly valued Technology service Desk. This person will undertake support and maintenance of the company PCs and voice Systems. The successful candidate will work in quite a large and dynamic team and will meet the technical requirement set out below.
