Training & Support Coordinator Location: Bournemouth, Dorset Salary: £20,000 - £25,000 per annum Digital Trip are an award winning, innovative and modern company who build and maintain travel websites across multiple devices. We are offering an extremely rewarding role for a trainer, to work within a fast paced, dynamic travel technology company. You will be a key part of the training department; ensuring stakeholders have the knowledge, skills and confidence to use our technology. Your day to day responsibilities will include (but not limited to): - Deliver training to our clients, to allow them to experience value with our technology - Deliver presentations to potential clients - Research evolving travel technology, and create support materials that are simple and easy to follow - Work with the account management team to ensure effective training is delivered as part of multiple ongoing projects - Liaise with the development team, to understand the underlying logic and digital infrastructure of our technology - Coordinate with a variety of external stakeholders, to organise, facilitate and manage training sessions with clients all over the world - Provide ongoing training to individual clients, with specific needs and challenges The successful candidate will have training, research and technical skills. You will need to be an outgoing and personable trainer, with outstanding communication skills. You will have a love of technology and all things digital. You will also be able to demonstrate the following skills: Essential: - A confident and friendly manner, to present to colleagues, clients and small groups - Excellent IT skills - Excellent organisational skills - Be comfortable working with technology and learning new systems constantly - Ability to simplify complex ideas - Excellent written and verbal communication skills (English) - Ability to multi task and re-prioritise where needed - Attention to detail - Highly motivated - A fast, self-directed learner Desirable: - Experience training, developing and coaching people - Experience of delivering presentations to potential clients - Experience of creating training and/or support resources for technical products (e.g. online courses, support documentation, user guides etc) Full training will be given to the successful candidate, along with a structured and progressive on-boarding process.
