Overview of the role As a Project Manager, you will be accountable for: - Managing the delivery of multiple projects through the full lifecycle, identifying and managing risks, issues and the project schedule to meet our customers' expectations and generate repeat business; - Building strong and effective working relationships with customers, partners and suppliers; - Effectively managing the project commercials to ensure profitability and growth, managing work in progress and aged debt; - Driving additional value from projects through contractual variations to increase company profitability and revenue; - Effectively managing, motivating and communicating with the project team to ensure that each member has a clear role and set of responsibilities; - Providing input to the pre-sales process to facilitate submission of high-quality, achievable proposals; - Participating in resourcing through recruitment and resource management activity to help maintain a balanced and flexible resource pool. The successful candidate will ideally have between 3-5 years commercial project management experience and will be comfortable managing project budgets and financial tracking accordingly. Impressive communication abilities and stakeholder management skills are key. What you bring to Incremental Group As a Project Manager, you must have the following skills and experience: - Demonstrable experience in a delivery role in a customer facing environment or equivalent; - Experience of working in a structured, quality environment; - Experience of delivering complex IT projects in an Agile environment; - Ability to identify and effectively manage risks and issues; - Formal project management qualification (e.g. PRINCE2, MSP); - Excellent commercial awareness; - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
