A fantastic opportunity to join one of the UK's leading manufacturing businesses in the Rotherham area. You will be joining a small UK based IT team, working as a SAP Business Analyst converting business requirements into system solutions. The ideal candidate will have three year's previous experience in covering design, development and testing of SAP modules with a proactive and "hands-on approach" ensuring that maximum benefit is gained from Business systems investments. THE ROLE *To provide recommendation and implementation of business system solutions that differentiate the business from the competition *To participate and lead IT projects in line with corporate standards *Manage and adhere to project deadlines and budgets *To provide the ' link' between IT, senior management, key customers and suppliers *To co-ordinate and direct business partners whilst meeting key objectives and project deliverables *Carry out analysis of business requirements and advise on the most effective design and end-solution using appropriate tools *Provide presentations, training and support to ensure the maximum benefit is gained from IT investments *Provide support to the business regarding business systems changes and process modifications *To ensure maximum benefit and return is delivered from the Business Systems team through effective prioritisation, co-ordination and direction THE CANDIDATE *MUST have knowledge of SAP suite, including models MM, SD, PP, WM *Had experience in the full life cycle with implementation covering design, development, testing and support of SAP *Ideally have experience in ABAP programming *To be self-motivated and proactive with the ability to interact effectively with senior business users and third-party technical architects *To be confident in challenging business requirements to ensure cohesion and consistency *Previous experience in IT Project Management *Be able to demonstrate previous experience driving the requirements process for systems across the full project life cycle and managing stakeholders expectations *Be able to demonstrate benefits through he effective deployment of IT * THE COMPANY Manufacturing THE BENEFITS: Holidays 25 + 8 stats Pension Money purchase company contributed If you would like to apply for this role please forward your CV preferably in Microsoft Word format to us including your full postal address and contact telephone numbers.
