Data Services & Salesforce Manager - London - Competitive Salary + benefits Our client a leading travel company are seeking a Data Services and Salesforce Manager to join their team based in Central London. The successful candidate is tasked with taking their highly integrated Salesforce-based customer and marketing CRM to the next level. The Data Services & Salesforce Manager will lead on: - Salesforce implementation across the company - Maximise return on investment and utilisation of Salesforce - User administration & support The candidate will be required to assume responsibility for data integration and SQL Server data warehouse services; vendor training in the integration tool will be provided, but a strong understanding of data & SQL is required, and a knowledge of XML technologies will be of benefit. Candidate must be commercially orientated, using data to put the customer at the heart of the business. A person that is SQL/SAS proficient and also could bring experience to other data sets such as Tableau and a new single customer view platform. Able to manipulate data in various complexities to ensure that the customer is at the forefront of business decisions. The following skills are required:- - Salesforce database management: - - Ability to setup new fields and rules in Salesforce - - Ability to run reporting in Salesforce - - Ability to set up segmentation in Salesforce - - Ability to manage email automations in Salesforce such as amending rules for triggers - - Be an additional support to write WebServices code - Salesforce Marketing Cloud management: - - Experience writing SQL code for queries - - Experience using SFMC, including AMPscripting for email personalisation - - Customer Analysis experience Accreditation to reinforce any of these skills and experience will be beneficial but is not mandatory. Following appointment, the successful candidate will be expected to progressively acquire all the skills necessary to take an increasing share of the Salesforce and data integration work.
