Page Personnel are recruiting both full and part-time experienced Bookkeepers to join a professional organisation based in Poole. Your duties will include data entry of invoices, receipts, remittances into Xerox and Sage 50.
Our client is a Poole based Bookkeeping company that offer businesses financial services across Dorset. Along with Bookkeeping services, the company also offer other financial services such as Payroll, training and consultancy.
You will be required to:
- Reconciliations of bank account
- Process the month end Payroll and any other month end journals
- Produce managements accounts where required
- Do some credit control
You will have:
- General Bookkeeping knowledge
- Good knowledge of Sage 50 and Xerox
- A strong computer knowledge
- A full drivers licence and access to your own vehicle
