*Solid understanding of software development life cycle models as well as expert knowledge of both Agile and traditional project management principles and practices and the ability to blend them together in the right proportions to fit a project and business environment *A proven track record of successfully implementing software or web development projects using structured & Agile methodologies including 8+ years of experience as a Project Manager managing large, complex projects in a high-tech development environment with multi-function teams. *Strong knowledge and understanding of business needs with the ability to establish/maintain high level of customer trust and confidence. Ability to provide leadership to team members and collaborate with business stakeholders / customers and develop strategies and solutions of high business value. *Sufficient level of technical background to provide highly-credible leadership to development teams and to be able to accurately and objectively evaluate complex project risks and issues *Experience overseeing multi-function project teams with at least 10 team members including Business Analysts, Developers and QA/test Personnel Desirable: *Experience of delivering mid-size ERP implementations such as Microsoft AX *Understanding of standard business functions and processes across the supply chain, e.g. procurement, finance, distribution, inventory management *Knowledge of Microsoft Dynamics CRM *Foreign Exchange/Pre-Paid Card experience *Manage projects from start-up and initiation all the way to close down *Build and maintain effective project teams *Facilitation and conflict resolution *Engaging with the business to understand all factors that influence project delivery and team effectiveness *Developing and maintaining project plans & manage deviations effectively *Management of project risks, issues and action logs *Project and progress reporting *Managing scope and change control *Management of external suppliers *Manage the relationship between the project, stakeholders and key business areas *Co-ordinate programme and project activities across First Rate and associated business partners *Manage project closure through Hypercare and handover to business as usual Interquest Group PLC is acting as an Employment Agency in relation to this vacancy.
