IT Support Technician Leeds LS28 £23,000 + 10% bonus 42.5 hours per week Our client has gone from strength to strength over the last year. One of the biggest achievements was obtaining FCA Authorisation in August 2016. The client has rapidly established itself as a major player in the Debt Purchase market over the past 8 years and is regarded as a highly respected organisation. They have identified an excellent opportunity for an IT Support Technician who will monitor and maintain computer systems and networks, acting as the first point of contact for any employees experiencing technical issues. - Working with employees to identify computer problems (both face to face and over the phone), advising on a solution and logging queries - Analysing employee issues to identify common trends and underlying problems, testing and fixing faulty equipment - Supporting the rollout of new systems, dealing with password issues and setting up new employee accounts and profiles - Responding within agreed time limits to call-outs, prioritising and managing many open cases at one time - Installing and configuring computer software operating systems and applications - Troubleshooting systems and network problems and diagnosing About you It is essential that the successful IT Support Technician has solid experience in a similar role, with up to date technical knowledge and working knowledge of the field including different software and computer systems.
