Planning and Performance Engineer: Exciting new Permanent opportunity for a Planning and Performance Engineer for a global Aviation Company based in Stansted. As a Planning and Performance Engineer you will be able to: Planning & Performance Engineer is responsible to the Director of Engineering & Maintenance for ensuring all scheduled maintenance activities are appropriately planned. With regards to man power levels, work packs, material, tool & equipment. Engineering performance and safety metric Key Responsibilities: - Ensure all duties are carried out with safety and compliance at the forefront - Undertake planning functions of scheduled base maintenance activities and any special projects which is contracted. - Create work packs based on customer work orders - Schedule maintenance events creating manpower plans and roster to suit the work profile taking into account, day/night, manning levels - Review work packs for estimation purposes to allow Commercial department to accurate quote customers - Ensuring specialist tooling and equipment is sourced and positioned as required for the work requirement - Support the Head of Engineering & Maintenance in carrying out the requirements of corrective actions as a result of audits and safety investigations - Be able to deliver training to new staff starters in regards to systems to ensure a constant and high standard of completion - Support in the development of processes and procedure to maintain the performance and compliance standards - Carryout and complete Capability Evaluations to support the extension of the Approval, - Monitor Charge sheet system and ensure a high standard of completion and accuracy is maintained to maximise commercial revenue. Check for any possible missing Charge sheet entries against the customer published flying programme - Be able to travel to line station to develop proficiency of systems and processes - Drive for highest standards of internal compliance in line with procedures and those of customers - Accomplishment of such other tasks as may be reasonably requested.
