Church International have been tasked to recruit an experienced Lead C#.NET Developer for our leading Financial Services organisation based in the heart of Manchester. The role is for a Development Team Leader in an IOT Department that supports and facilitates the front, middle and back office functions of an expanding European division.

You will be joining an established team of permanent and contract developers in delivering technical solutions to support business operations. As well as being a mentor and leader to other developers you will be a key person in driving technical improvement and innovation to allow the business to grow and become more efficient.


Experience

·Must have strong verbal and written communication skills and an ability to explain technical detail to non-technical colleagues

·Collaborative working style to engage with the rest of the team and ensure delivery

·Takes accountability and full ownership of the tasks that have been missed

·Creative and innovative thinker to propose and or implement new solutions

Technical Skills

·Demonstrable experience in a commercial development environment

·Previous experience of the following technologies

oC#

o.NET 4.5 or above

oWFP or MVC

oEntity

oT-SQL on SQL Server

oWeb Services (SOPA/XML) and REST
