1st/2nd Line Helpdesk Support Analyst

Location: Brentwood, Essex

Salary: £16,000 - £21,000 + Benefits

Key Skills

* Experience in 1st/2nd Line Helpdesk/service desk customer support to external customers.
* Fluency in the use of computers and in the use of Microsoft office and Windows operation (Win9x,
Win2000, WinXP)
* Experience (or an aptitude) to investigate and solve technical problems
* A fluent, confident but thoughtful telephone manner
* Flexibility to work shifts including a night shift once in every six weeks
* Full driving license is required
