We have an exciting opportunity in Leeds working with a large data focussed organisation as a Business Intelligence Consultant with bias towards the reporting solution Tableau. In this role you will perform full lifecycle report development for customers for the financial services solutions. You should be able to demonstrate well developed technical and business leadership, developing trusted customer relationships and providing technical oversight to multiple customer projects. Job Role - Provide billable professional services in designing, building and testing reporting solutions - Become an expert in the features, benefits and application of Tableau's products - Conduct needs analysis, data reviews, and product demonstrations - Communicate via phone, email, face-to-face and web meetings with customers assisting and guiding them through the proposal and implementation process - Drive all aspects of successful implementations from requirements and design to training and delivery - Provide support to the Services management team, helping to scope and estimate client projects - Be responsive to customer demands and mitigate objections or product deficiencies - Provide onsite customer training and professional services - Occasional travel to customer locations Required Experience / Skills - Strong communication and presentation skills - Must be an expert in the Tableau environment - Experience or in-depth knowledge of systems or server administration. - Experience with SQL or MDX - You have strong technical skills across various technologies & impeccable business acumen. - Knowledge of databases, warehouses, business intelligence systems and data analysis tools - Excellent written and oral communication skills Education - Degree in: Computer Science, Engineering or other comparable technical/numerical discipline.
