Our Building Services client has a new opportunity for a commercially-minded individual with a background in Engineering to take on the role as the Training Delivery Manager. The focus of the role is the design, delivery and implementation of up-to-date client training and provision of technical information. It is a great opening within an award winning, international Company who offer fantastic benefits to employees. The successful candidate will assume responsibility for identifying the next generation of built environment training and will develop opportunities of further training business from regular client contact. The main focus will be to manage the delivery of training, some of which will be hands-on; ensuring a high quality offering is maintained, developing a training panel and potential specialist supporting Lecturers, ensuring content is up-to-date and relevant to all stakeholders and that training is provided using time and resources efficiently. This will also involve working with Business Managers to identify new potential revenue streams. The ideal candidate will have recent experience in Built Environment lecturing and a strong knowledge of related engineering in order to help strategise new training courses for members. A commercial mind-set will also be important in this role as there will be an expectation of prioritising business development.
