We've partnered with a charity who provide global support to children. They work to change the way children are viewed, treated and aim to save lives. They are looking for a Digital Optimisation Specialist to join their growing digital team. This person will report into the Senior Digital Experience Manager and will work alongside content editors and digital analysts. They need a Digital Optimisation Specialist to ensure outstanding customer experience is delivered by optimising digital content through data analysis, testing and personalisation. It will be your responsibility to coordinate the testing of website journeys, whilst also working with Digital Analysts and the Digital Experience content team. With your experience in split A/B testing, user testing focus groups and develop and manage web optimisation strategy you aim to increase conversion rates. No coding ability or experience is required, but you will become an in house expert on front and back end systems. Also, you will be the internal expert on Adobe Target who will provide support, training and best practice to stakeholders. You will have the opportunity to input into cross-organisational campaign planning, supporter journeys and site experiences. Key requirements - Experience of Adobe Experience Manager is preferred, but is not essential. - Good understand of analysis and conversion - Ability to communicate complex information to a non-technical audience - Experience developing end to end online marketing journeys If you're looking for a new opportunity, please get in touch to have a discussion - ********************************
