- Minimum 2:1 university degree or a professional equivalent is desirable
- Two or more years of administration experience in the financial services industry or a corporate environment
- Knowledge in the area of fiduciary, corporate and trust services
- Experience in wealth management administration or similar environment

Main Job Tasks and Responsibilities

The Client Relationship Coordinator works as a valued member of the Client team that includes Wealth Planners, Advisers, Accountants, Legal and Corporate Consultants.

This role is responsible for the efficient administration of a portfolio of Corporate, Trust and Personal accounts for an affluent or high net worth client base where the wealth manager is acting as trustee, executor, administrator, adviser or agent.

The successful candidate will work in an international, multilingual fast-paced environment and benefit from a very steep learning curve.

- Report directly to three Client Relationship Managers in London
- Regularly liaise with other Group's offices globally
- Upkeep and maintenance of the statutory files of international companies, including basic company secretarial duties (these may include the drafting of Minutes, Board Resolutions etc.)
- Upkeep and maintenance of files pertaining client correspondence, including drafting of basic legal documents and communications relating to client transactions and coordinating the obtainment of the signatures on legal documents as required
- Upkeep and maintenance of the financial files of international companies, including bookkeeping duties (for e.g. recording of bank transactions and filing statements, issuing, recording and filing invoices; preparation of spreadsheets required for VAT returns, etc.)
- Opening and management of bank accounts with international banking institutions, including the preparation of bank transfers for international payments relating to client transactions, statements requests, SWIFT requests, internet banking, and other bank account management duties
- Assistance with the completion of Anti Money Laundering checks and Know Your Client due diligence, day-to-day maintenance of compliance files
- Maintenance of a good working relationship with the other global offices, ensuring that open communication is kept at all times and that information is shared
- Communicating with external third parties in order to obtain and/or share information required to complete all above-mentioned duties. This will include regular contact with banks, solicitors and agents
- Supporting the Client Relationship Managers and/or Board Member in a range of duties, as requested on a day-to-day basis
