The Ideal Candidate

You will have experience of SQA, Quality Assurance and Inspection of Suppliers goods, within the manufacturing sector. You will currently be employed within the Manufacturing sector of Automotive, Aerospace, Aircraft or Rail sector, working within areas such as Interiors, Engines, Seats, Doors or Windows etc. You will have a strong and analytical personality as you’ll be working closely with Suppliers CEO’s or Managing Directors to ensure their products are to the required standards.

About the Position

This demanding role will require you to travel approximately 50% to 60% of the time meeting with senior stakeholders within your Suppliers, in UK and Europe. Your role will be to facilitate secured products for the factories based on the projects time frame from allocated categories. You will drive continuous improvements the suppliers, to deliver constantly good quality products in real time. You will continuously measure and monitor the supplier base performances and take permanent corrective and preventive measures when is required.

The Requirements

  • Manufacturing background
  • Supplier Quality Experience (SQE)

  • Knowledge of SQA processes;

  • Having working knowledge on Quality and CI tools such as: APQP; QRQC, Kaizen; SixSigma.

  • Technical, Quality and Improvement qualifications and experiences;

  • Auditor Qualification and experiences

  • Analytic spirit and skills

  • Systemic vision

  • Willing to travel 50-60%

  • Optimistic, Honest and willing to collaborate with wider team
