Deal/Non-deal Roadshow Coordinator

This is a fantastic opportunity for a Roadshow Coordinator to work for a leading international bank based in Canary Wharf. You will be responsible for working on a day to day basis with front office teams. You will be a forward thinker, highly organised with strong communication skills.

Roadshow Coordinator duties

- Planning assigned deal and non-deal roadshows and marketing events, field trips and conferences
- Providing backup support to the Roadshow Manager
- Taking responsibility for assigned roadshows, company and Analyst marketing, field trips and conferences
- Maintaining relationships with internal clients
- Organising conference logistics
- Liaising with other teams to coordinate roadshows
- Negotiating hotel space for group functions and private charters
- Booking overnight accommodation, scheduling conference calls, ground and air transportation
- Reviewing, reporting and analysing roadshow activity
- Selecting venues and suppliers
- Developing relationships with Catering Managers
- Undertaking budget resolution, invoice processing and post-event analysis
- Onsite attendance and management
- Partnering with the Roadshow Manager to improve processes
- Providing backup and support to the Roadshow Manager on projects

Roadshow Coordinator requirements

- Must have previous Deal Roadshow experience within Financial Services
- Able to remain cool and accurate under pressure and work to tight deadlines
- Excellent Interpersonal and communication skills
- Able to travel on business
- Exceptional attention to detail
- Able to retain information in order to provide strategic marketing to originators
- StrongMS Office skills
