A fantastic opportunity has arisen for an experienced aviation Technical Services Manager to join this growing organisation You will be responsible for the Technical Services department to maintain the company's aircraft fleet. You will also ensure all engineering support requirements for maintenance and continuing airworthiness meet regulatory compliance requirements You will have previous experience within Technical Services and good managerial skills. It is important you are an adaptable team player with strong business acumen and have the ability to interact with diverse cultures and at a variety of levels Your day to day activities as Technical Services Manager will include, but will not be limited to: - Monitoring and evaluation of compliance with all mandatory and non-mandatory maintenance data - Management of Technical Projects, Technical Services, Airworthiness and Fleet Management Engineers - Management of the Structural Repair Team - Compilation of and recommendation for implementation of ADs and SBs for presentation at the company's Modification Committee - Management of structural repairs with OEM/Design Organisations and MRO - Acceptance, both from the technical and airworthiness side, of new aircraft and the handback or handover of aircraft no longer required from company service - Control and amendment of the Aircraft, Engine and APU Maintenance Programmes for each type operated - Monitoring the maintenance organisation control of Technical Services Department Query Notes - Management of continued airworthiness of the fleet - Management and Development of departmental procedures and processes - Management and co-ordination of airline projects Key Skills & experience required as Technical Services Manager: - Knowledge of EASA Part M, Part 145 - Experience in a Technical Services - Good experience in Structures / Airframe - Management experience in an EASA Part M environment - Experience of AD & SB assessment - Experience with aircraft deliveries For further information please apply at your earliest convenience or email your CV to ***********************
