Senior Manager, Planning, Integration & Assurance The Role Your role will be instrumental in defining and implementing the rolling 5-year product strategy; you'll work closely with the Head of Strategy and other key stakeholders to ensure all in year business unit activities are in line with long term strategic goals. You will be accountable for delivery of the Retail Telecoms plan and the scoping and delivery of strategic, tactical and regulatory projects in order to achieve customer, commercial and operational goals. This includes programme management of supplier implementation, IT upgrades and system integration and product strategy. You will own and drive the planning, integration and assurance process within Retail Telecoms, ensuring co-ordination across the virtual Retail Telecoms team of all project and BAU activities. You will be responsible for ensuring adherence to Ofcom guidelines; always keeping us protected and compliant while taking ownership of efficiencies, KPI's, planning, MI & reporting. The Person You will be passionate about delivering results and introducing Agile working practices, driving transformation through a cross functional team. You will have significant experience of managing complex, high profile programmes with a focus on maximising resources and using a range of measurements to monitor, analyse and plan strategic improvements to performance. You will have a solid understanding of managing key metrics within a high budget P&L including sales, connections, turnover, revenue, profitability, customer and employee satisfaction. You'll have the ability to bring key metrics to life, delivering communications suitable for CEO and FD level audience. Being a natural problem solver will fit well within this position, you will be ready to challenge the norm and identify opportunities for success. A solid understanding of Fixed Line Telecoms especially technologies, operating models, processes, tools and key customer journeys would be preferable. However, a background of working within fast-paced, consumer focused organisations such as Retail, FMCG, Telco or Technology will also be considered. Furthermore, a recognised advanced Agile project & programme management qualification e.g. APMG AgilePM / AgilePgM would be beneficial. Anything else?
