Support Analyst - Nr. Plymouth - 3 months+ My market leading client, based near Plymouth, has an exceptional new opening for a 1st/2nd line support analyst to join them on an initial 3 month contract. Extensions or temp-to-perm options very likely. The client runs a proper technical support desk, with this role presenting the chance to own tickets from log through to resolution. Candidates must have at least 3 years general Microsoft/Windows based helpdesk support experience. Ideally you'll be used to working with ITIL processes (like the client does), but this isn't essential. What is essential is previous experience supporting Office365. The client has a number of ongoing upgrades, with a large amount of tickets currently being raised relating to O365. Additional Active Directory skills are also required. Market rates.
