This hugely varied job will pull you in all directions from sales order processing, administration, project coordinating, technical helpdesk, resource planning, coaching, training, finance, document management, stock inventory and reporting. It will be your remit to actively seek, identify and implement improvements to processes to ensure the company remains competitive and efficient. About you You will have experience of supporting a helpdesk or coordinating projects within a technical environment. Ideally within a small to medium-sized business or consultancy. In addition to your natural flair for initiative and ability to communicate and resolve problems with people at all levels, you must be able to prioritise your workload and think on your feet. If you have 1st line technical support or 2nd level IT support, then even better!
