Financial Services Administrator - Experienced salary of between £18-22k, depending on experience full time Harrogate Want to work in a business who value you and possess a fantastic family, team culture? Prosperis Ltd is a long-established and reputable, Harrogate based financial advisory business with a respected place in the independent financial advisory arena. Over the course of the next 12 months, the Firm is looking to grow and expand its technical support team in order to keep up with the demands of their advisers. This is a company who offer stability, longevity and a structured development plan to its employees who demonstrate quality and professionalism in the workplace. It is essential you have at least 5 years' experience working in the regulated financial services world. You will be a confident, adaptable professional who is able to work well in a team environment whilst also being able to use your own skills and initiative to complete work effectively to tight deadlines. You will have a high attention to detail whilst also being able to work closely with colleagues. The position will be quite varied and the successful candidate will need a flexible but professional approach and be used to dealing with processes from start to finish. The role will be a mix of: ·General office administration support ·Accurately record & maintain client data in accordance with data protection and FCA guidelines ·Setting up new customer accounts using various platforms ·Dealing with clients over the phone ·Issuing of letters of authority and keeping clients updated following transactions ·General office duties as and when required ·Preparing illustrations for Advisers using various different websites & tools ·Participate in projects as required · In return you will receive: ·A salary of between £18-22k, depending on experience ·A generous holiday allowance ·Strong emphasis on work/life balance ·Flexible benefits including pension We are looking for a professional, articulate and quality individual to come into the team and add value from day one.
