IT Team Leader
I am really excited to be working in partnership with a market leader in flooring products nationwide, mainly focusing on B2C. Having only been established since May 2015, they are making a huge impact in the market. They have had huge growth throughout 2016 and 2017 and are still going.
I am looking for an experienced Team Leader to join their close knit and friendly team in their offices locally based in Orpington. As the Team Leader you will have multiple responsibilities including:
- To fully manage support calls
- To support other members within IT in a variety of roles
- To manage and guide the Training team
- To help maintain key IT Systems
- Liaising with suppliers to ensure correct delivery of items and services in line with expectations
- IT Administration to ensure no issues
- Maintain IT documentation
- Deliver User Support on IT Systems and Equipment for multi-sites
- To support the IT Manager when required
The ideal candidate for this opportunity will have experience managing a team within an IT background. It is not essential that you have an in-depth history within IT however a good understanding of software and hardware will be extremely beneficial in this role. You will need to be passionate, hard-working and driven. My client are looking for someone that is going to give them longevity and assist with the companies growth. You will have excellent people management, communication and organisation skills.
On offer is a competitive salary up to £35,000 depending on your experience. You will be entitled to 20 days annual leave and pension. Your working hours will be Monday - Friday 9-5pm however you will need to be flexible on this at times. You will also need to drive as you will occasionally need to attend out of office meetings.
