Multi-skilled Maintenance Engineer Monday to Friday (3 shifts rotating) £35,000 - £40,000 + Overtime + Benefits + Training Huddersfield Main Purpose of the Role To work as a high level maintenance engineer for an international manufacturing company that supply specialist products all across the globe. This is an exciting opportunity to join an established and ever-growing company with excellent opportunities for progression, both through training and promotion. The Person You should be flexible and dynamic in your approach, and bring energy and drive to your work. Key requirements are; * Qualified in a maintenance discipline (NVQ level 3 minimum, ideally apprentice trained) * Have experience in a manufacturing environment (3 years +) * Have knowledge of PLC systems and electronic components * Confident in your ability to diagnose and rectify faults in a pressurised environment, always looking for ways to improve production and not just firefight. Key Responsibilities * Ensuring that production machinery is running at optimum efficiency through fault finding and repair * Carrying out pre-planned maintenance on the machinery during downtime * Carry out projects and assist with installations of new production lines. * identify and implement plans that will improve efficiencies * Working Monday to Friday (mornings, afternoons and nights) Salary and Benefits £35 -40k + OT + training + healthcare The Company Market leading manufacturer with sites across the world.
