This company develops treatments for a multitude of varying conditions, and has a growing portfolio of medicines and medical devices. The company itself is having a very strong amount of revenue growth globally and has an increasing pipeline of novel treatments. This has in turn facilitated the need to grow the team in Clinical Data Management as well as in other areas. This role is a great opportunity to work on something different in DM as you will be tasked with working on complex trials, from an eCRF development perspective. You will need to be autonomous and act as an independent study lead. The management team is strong and experienced and is looking to grow someone into a Leadership role - this would be a phenomenal opportunity for someone looking for the transition from Senior DM to DM management. You will be a strong user of EDC tools and dataset analysis or trend spotting. The role will initially be operational and you will be looking at metadata trending analysis on established trials. You will also be setting up the new studies as and when required. Soft skills are just as important of course and this is the key to securing this role. I am looking to speak to someone who is committed to getting the job done, a good worker, someone trustworthy and independent, a strong communicator verbally as well as in writing. Key experience we are looking for; * Strong EDC user * Coding experience is a big advantage * SOP review and improvement desirable * Independent study lead on multiple projects * Experience of budget reconciliation desirable and would be a big plus * eCRF design and creation - your trial design skills will be tested * JReview experience is desirable * CDASH experience welcome but not essential * Standards Library creation experience/understanding would be invaluable * SAS, SQL not essential but welcomed The interview process will be starting in October with a view for someone to start in 2017 or early 2018.
